I took my Grand Caravan to these guys in September. They warned me they were a little behind schedule but would help me out as soon as they could. I actually ended up making an appointment and took the van back the next day. I had already received a quote in August for another transmission from a company near my mother's house in decatur. Without knowing it, they beat that quote by several hundred dollars and delivered my car when promised. Maybe its different owners or managers but I had a good experience, considering the circumstances anyway.
Pros: honest, knowledgeable, kept me updated on my repair
Cons: couldnt get right to my car
