THey did not finish the job , did not replace the pantry door . The installer said he would retun that was in Nov 2010 stil waiting it is now July 2011. The onwer tried to raise the price after we signed the contract he push my wife very hard and finally agreed to the terms. All of our attemps to contact them they never respond, the a very good at sales but have no customer service after they are paid. I wish we went to Lowes would have gotten the same service or better at a lower price STAY AWAY
