How disappointing! After several phone calls confirming an appointment to meet, and my husband and I rearranging our weekend plans to accommodate their availability, this company didn't show and didn't even have the courtesy to call to say that they couldn't keep the appointment! I had even specifically requested that they call that morning since i was canceling plans to suit their midday availability. When I finally reached a person on the phone they were "back in Park Slope" after I was still waiting past the scheduled meeting time and trying to contact their different numbers. I was given some excuses about having taken the wrong number earlier(and what happened now??), and told that the appointment could no longer be done for several days (of course, mid-week when I work). I was totally aggravated and apparently blown off without much thought. In this economy, Not a great way to show you care about customer service.
