This was my first time going to Sears Optical, this is the second year I haven't had vision insurance so I was trying to save some money. I went to a Pearl Vision last year and the cost was exuberant and the service was HORRIBLE. The Sears optical staff was great, they were friendly, helpful, explained the costs to me, explained all of the different promotions going on & helped me get a great deal on my glasses. They were running a little behind (which gave me time to look at glasses) but when I went in the doctor was very thorough, explained everything that he was doing, didn't act rushed or stressed and answered all of my questions. I got a new brand of contacts & thought they were expensive so when I got home I checked the price against 1800contacts and with the discount I got at Sears I paid less! Highly recommend - will be returning next year.
Pros: friendly, good prices on products, have extended hours
Cons: none, mens selection looked somewhat limited
