Review content:
I don't know what planet the other reviewer lives on except to say that my dog is a frequent guest at Dogma and they employ the most caring and professional staff. Perhaps the "Chop Shop" review reflects poor dog ownership and maybe they should take the blame for their dog's coat being in such bad shape. I have seen people bringing dogs into the spa that are in horrible shape and tell the groomers they don't want them shaved. I have watched the groomers try to explain to the owner, that the most humane way to groom their dog without causing them pain and to avoid hurting skin is to start over and take their coat short. I know that first hand because that was me a year ago....I am thankful they put my dogs' wellbeing before my request to have a matted coat brushed out. I too was in denial thinking there was a quick fix to my neglect. Since then, they helped me with my dogs unruly coat and we are on a regular schedule so we can keep his hair long and his skin healthy. He gets so excited when we pull up to the spa and loves being there....and I love being there too!
Pros: professional staff, friendly, clean, beautiful home like atmosphere
Cons: I wish they had services for the owners too!! It's nicer than the spas I go to for myself!!
