I started training to learn self defense. I have learned a lot more. I have become a better person due to the life skills that are being taught along with the self defense skills. I am more confident, goal-oriented, and positive. The program at the Mid Michigan Academy of Martial Arts is awesome, uplifting, and comprehensive. I would STRONGLY recommend the training at Mid Michigan Academy of Martial Arts.
