The banfied is fresno is good but the one in clovis is awful. We had a urgent need which turned out to be nothing but they could not make time for us. We have been banfield clients for years with thousand of dollars of business given to them but they would not see us in clovis . They know nothing of loyalty or customer service
Pros: They are open on saturdays
Cons: They refused to treat my animal that was bleeding from a surgery site.
