Ernie, the owner is a very talented professional.Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would definetly recommend Gier Tv for ALL YOUR TV NEEDS. I saved $358.00 on repairs done to my 56" Panosonic Lcd. Also, I ordered a lamp with housing from them and Ernie personally delivered it at no extra cost. He truely knows how to keep his customers satisfied. I read a review before I came to Gier Tv and it wasn't a good one. I still gave it a chance cause nobody could fix my tv. Ernie told me up front that it would be difficult but he could do it. It took a long time but I got more time than money. I gave it "Four Stars" for that reason, but I would definetly go there for my next purchase and repairs. That's too bad that someone had such a bad experience. I had such a great one that I felt obligated to write. I guess what I'm saying is "One bad apple doesn't ruin the bunch. "
