Review content:
I have had problems from time to time with FedEx in Framingham which is why I don't use them. However, I ordered a time sensitive package from Amazon who sent it via FedEx. They claimed they tried to deliever on Saturday but could not. That is not true. I stayed home so I could get the package. Then I went on line and it said they delievered it and I still didn't have it. They opened a case. First they said someone signed for it and when I pointed out that my husband, who they said signed for it was not home they said they would call back. This time they said the driver left it outside the door of our apartment (when I was home without knocking?) and they think someone in our building took it. I can think of no reason to believe this. They were not honest with the first two stories and now they want to claim a neighbor took our package when we were home???? They are not very responsible and they did not listen when I tried to point out the stories conflicted. The woman on the other end just hung up and told me to contact Amazon.
