Review content:
We came in to buy a car, and the sales staff did not realize we were worth their time. We were asked to leave our name so they could call us back for a test drive some other time. We would have been an easy sale, would have paid a fair price, and could have been a customer for years. They were also unaware that our impressions will be shared with A LOT of others. If we had left our name and address, I bet someone would have realized we were worth their time. We are not famous, but our family has been a part of this community for a very, very long time, and knows a lot of people. If we want good service, we will have to call one of the Harveys directly. I will not fault the whole dealership, just their midweek sales staff.
