Review content:
They are totally unprofessional. The female owner is rude, thoughtless, and completely incompetent. We were given a specific qoute and when we talked with her the qoute mysterious doubled. We discussed several extenuating circumstances and were reassured that they would be taken care of. The day of installation we received a snappy, complaining, argumentative phone call that pretty much told us they could care less about our situation. On a positive note the laborers were on time, efficient and the Owner was a great guy who treated us like real people. The woman acted like we were the least important part of her business. If we had not been under strict time constraints we would definitely have found another company for our flooring needs. I will NEVER, EVER use this company again nor recomment them.
