I do not recommend Rose Dental to anyone who wants to be treated with courtesy. I had a crown put in by one of the Rose Dental Group dentists and she did a good job, but when my insurance did not pay for the services I was provided, no one from Rose Dental even bothered to call me! They said they sent me a statement in the mail, but it was returned. To this day I'm still puzzled why no one thought of picking up the phone and letting me know that there was a balance on my account! Instead, I did not find out about this until I came back for a follow up visit 6 months later!! At which point I was informed that there was an unpaid balance and that my account was subject to 6 months-worth of finance charges! Needless to say I refused to pay the finance charges since I wasn't even aware of the fact that there WAS a balance on my account. I told them I would pay the other amount in full (a little over $800) only if they agree to take the finance charges off. They agreed. I'm giving them two stars because I still think someone should have called me and let me know that there was an unpaid balance on my account.
