Review content:
Dentists at Rose are good- especially Dr. Eslami who I visited with but overall practice experience is below average IMO. Waiting room is sterile and plain- just blah. I got three reminder messages for my appt. from three different people. Seems very disorganized and very little personalized service was given to me. Front desk was not very friendly and did not greet me upon arrival. Worst of all, Rose does not use the latest and greatest in dental technology and practices. I will be looking for a new dentist downtown somewhere where I know a bunch of new practices are starting up.
Pros: Dr. Eslami and assistant was friendly and skilled
Cons: Office staff disorganized
