I took a Custom Shop Strat and an Ibanez Prestige into have some basic maintenance done. It took a little longer than promised, but it was worth the extra couple days wait. My guitars came back in incredible shape, the action and feel on both of them is like butter. They are no longer stiff to play, poorly intonated, or dull sounding. Both of them sound like an acoustic when unplugged, with barely any buzzing. The action is low and he followed my preferred measurements when setting them up!
