Review content:
PLEASE, look at this website before you bring your pet to Bansfield... You will have to google "consumeraffairs Bansfield" and it will be the first search result. . I read through about 10 of the reports, and realized that I was at the top of page that went on forever. The shier volume of reports was astounding. There is someone every day that brings there pet into Bansfield, and leaves with it in worst condition then when they started, and is charged a debilitating amount of money for services that weren't necessary in the first place. I bought their health care plan and was lead to believe that it would cover all my pets medical expenses. On the first visit under the new plan, I was presented with a bill for items that were not covered under the plan. They held my cat hostage until I paid them the amount they were overcharging me for. There solution was to have me go to another PetSmart, and start the plan that wasn't working for me all over again. They tried to compensate me by giving me some of their "First Shield" flea treatment, and it poisoned my cat and made all it's hair fall out.
