My wife, son and I had been wanting to try this restaurant for some time now, ever since someone recommended the sandwiches to us. Today we started our Sunday like most Sundays with swim lessons for my son and like usual my son was starving afterwards. We had an hour and a half until he was scheduled to get his hair cut. We decided to try the Stone House Cafe since we had plenty of time. When we walked in it was a very nice looking place. Very bright and welcoming. After sitting down it took someone 15 minutes before they even got us a menu. From the point we ordered it took one hour before we finally gave up and left. 35 minutes after we ordered we were told it would be 10 more minutes. 25 minutes after that point we walked out. There were maybe 3 or 4 tables ahead of us and it was taking as long for everyone. We ordered a two scrambled eggs for our son and those did come out very quickly, otherwise we would not have been able to wait as long as we did. We also ordered our son a cup of soup, that came out after 45 minutes and was stone cold. I cannot even rate the food because the service was so bad, that my wife and I didn't get to eat.
Pros: We were told to seat ourselves right away
Cons: No menus, no fod, no service
