Review content:
I brought my car into their shop to replace our clutch was quoted a reasonable price. In addition they mentioned they would extend us a courtesy discount. However, when we went to pick the vehicle up the story was very different. The end price with our fabulous discount was $230 more than the original quote (before our promised discount). Sticker shock not withstanding, they also fail to itemize their receipts; the labor was a blanket charge and they didn't break down which parts they replaced. I priced the parts through a dealership and was quoted $180 less than I was charged by Pete Nelson Auto. When I questioned Robert at the dealership, he underlined a few parts on my receipt from them and then wrote in an additional part on my receipt and said they replaced that too. I am not happy. To top it all off my clutch feels wrong.
