Review content:
I've given this place a shot several times, but every single time it's just a disaster. Rite-Aid has become a dinosaur in the drugstore industry, and their operations show it. Every time I go into this place, there are no more than two registers going, but there's always long lines and the checkout system is SO VERY SLOW. I went in yesterday and some guy was returning two greeting cards, which they did AT THE REGISTER, and after about 15 minutes in line with my one item, I gave up. I say that any corporation that doesn't look to develop their systems to be more efficient deserves to go up in smoke. As for me, I'm off to some other drugstore to find smarter service.
Pros: Lots of medication
