the sales guy is really nice. That is the only positive thing I can write about the Golden Spoke Bike Shop. I made the mistake of having their mechanic give my bike a full tune-up at the sum of $79.99. After I got it back the derailleur was off, there was a screw missing from one of the shifters and the bearings of the rear wheel were grinding with a bunch of dirt in it. Unfortunately the mechanic was not too happy about trying to fix it and was unable to correct the issues. Just another example that it really is a better idea to do these types of things yourself when you have the time and skill. Total bummer!
