"You have cancer!" Not words anyone ever wants to hear. But hearing this phrase come from Dr. Kristi Funk softened the blow. Her mission, and that of everyone in her office, is not only one of professionalism and excellence, but one of hope and confidence. Her new center is visionary; a word that evokes the future. In my case, knowing that I would have a future was my goal. While I did have cancer Pink Lotus Breast Center is not just about the disease, it's about prevention, information, diagnosis, wellness and all aspects of breast health issues. You feel at home in this environment. No attention to detail is left undone, from the most frivolous comfort of a warm spa robe for examinations all the way to life saving procedures and protocols explained in layman terminology. State of the art equipment and skilled team members help assure patients that every procedure and test will be done with as much accuracy as is possible. Being in Beverly Hills, Dr. Funk has treated celebrities. But celebrity or commoner, the sense of family prevails for EVERYONE. Dr. Funk rocks!
