I booked an appointment here for this morning at 8:15. I hadn't been here before but my radiologist had recently moved to this practice and I wanted the continuity. I was told to show up at 8 am, which I did. The woman at the front desk was on a personal phone call and barely glanced up at me. I told her I was there for an 8:15 appointment and needed to fill out the new patient paperwork. She nodded at me and I took a seat. 10 minutes later, after giggling on the phone the whole time, she got up and left and was replaced by another woman who didn't acknowledge me at all. I told her who I was and asked her if she had paperwork for me to fill out. She looked through a stack of files on her desk and couldn't find one for me. I tried to confirm that I had an appointment at 8:15 and she said she didn't know because her computer wasn't started yet. Seriously? It was now 8:12. I asked her if this was a real business. She looked confused. I told her I'd been there almost 15 minutes and was basically being ignored. She told me she had only met me 30 seconds ago so how could she have ignored me. If a business opens at 8 shouldn't the computer at the front desk be turned on and shouldn't the receptionist be prepared to greet people and sign them in. I said I had a lousy feeling about the place and walked out. Now I need to find a new place to get a mammogram. Only go here if you have all day to spend waiting for service.
