ADELAS FLOWER SHOP IN LAREDO TEXAS HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE PRODUCTS! I ORDERED TWO FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS FOR MOTHERS DAY AND MY MOTHER AND MOTHER IN LAW RECEIVED OLD WILTED ROSES THAT HAD BEEN PICKED ON UNTIL ONLY A LITTLE BUD WAS LEFT, WHEN I CALLED THE FLOWER SHOP THE OWNER SARA WAS NOT CONCERNED AT ALL ABOUT THE FACT THAT THE QUALITY OF PRODUCT I PAID FULL PRICE FOR!! I WAS IN TEARS WHEN I TOLD HER MY MOTHER WAS DISAPPOINTED IN WHAT SHE RECEIVED NOT TO MENTION THAT I AM OUT OF TOWN AND SENT THE FLOWERS AS PART OF A MOTHERS DAY GIFT!! THIS WAS TRULY EMBARASSING!! BUT WAIT IT GETS WORSE!! SHE SAID "I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE YOU WANT ME TO DO" AND WHEN I ASKED FOR SOME TYPE OF DISCOUNT SHE SAID "WE'LL SEE NEXT TIME" AND THEN SHE "UNFRIENDS" ME ON FACEBOOK!! SO JUST BE WARNED THESE PEOPLE DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER NOR THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT THEY ARE CHARGING YOU FULL PRICE FOR AND IF YOU COMPLAIN SARA WILL JUST "UNFRIEND" YOU ON FACEBOOK AND GET RID OF YOU AS A CUSTOMER INSTEAD OF TRYING TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND MAKE A CUSTOMER HAPPY! OH BUT SARA WILL KEEP THE MONEY SHE CHARGED FULL PRICE FOR ROTTEN FLOWERS!!TO ME THIS IS THEFT! WHAT A SCAM! THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO SENSE OF GOOD BUSINESS AND I WONDER SARA, DID YOU SEND YOUR OWN MOTHER THE SAME QUALITY OF ROSES THAT YOU SENT MINE?!?! DOUBTFUL! WHAT ABOUT YOUR "PRIORITY" CUSTOMERS?! I BET THEY GOT THE HAND PICKED BEST ROSES! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! DO NOT USE THEM!!
