I recently received flowers from a dear friend in honor of my wedding anniversary. My husband was deployed in Iraq at the time and my friend wanted the flowers to be extra special. The basket of individual plants were very small and died almost over night. There was no color to the arrangement and not even a ribbon or bow was added. My friend paid close to $70 for the arrrangement and certainly did not receive her monies worth. When she called to complain the lady who answered the phone was very rude and argumentive. I was told that they would pick the arrangement up at a certain time but it was almost 5 hours later before they arrived. After picking the dead flowers up the delivery person backed up in the yard, instead of taking the circular drive around, and left deep ruts in the yard. It had rained the night before. He was lucky that he did not get stuck. Needless to say we will not be using this florist again.
