Review content:
Avoid this place like the plague. After taking my car there for a minor repair they decided to wash my brand new 2011 car without my permission. The result was over $1700 worth of damage and they kept my car for over a month as they tried to fix the damage. The original repair was not done properly either and all they did was repair and repaint the damaged part. They did not replace the damaged part nor did they ask me if I wanted it replaced. After all that the owner (who thinks he a stand up comedian) refused to return my calls. When I finally picked up my car, my check tire light was on and they had the nerve to say it was somehow my fault. It was in their possession for over a month! Their body shop is full of hacks and I would recommend seriously considering another collision shop. It's sad that these people call themselves professionals.
