Recently had a sofa restored by these guys. At first, thought the price was a bit high, so received other quotes, only to find the price was very competitve. Communication was excellent, from original phone call to speedy responses via e-mail. They have a tremendous fabric selection, and with the advise of one of the guy's in the studio, we tried a fabric that was a bit "out there" for our tastes, but it worked out beautifully! Also, we were pleasantly surprised that our sofa only needed to be out of the house for about 10 days...(was actually returned in 7), so even better!
Pros: Did everything they promised and did it quicker than promised!
Cons: Re-upholstery is expensive, but worth the cost due to quality
