I took my puppy here for his first vet exam and vaccine boosters, and I have to say I was NOT satisfied. The exam did not seem thorough (compared to the kitty exam we got at Banfield, this was very disappointing -- no feedback on coat/teeth/eyes/etc). The doctor also gave him a "complimentary" nail clipping. (I had just trimmed his nails, without issue about a week earlier, so I thought it was unneccessary, but I didn't stop him. I should have.). He made him yelp on the first paw, second paw, third paw. By the fourth paw he noticed some bleeding (he had cut too short). Then while trying to stop that bleeding, it became apparent that those yelps were all warranted. He was bleeding from 3 or 4 different toes! He couldn't stop the bleeding with the normal method so he took him to the back to "try something else". I have no idea what he did, but I guess it worked.
Pros: friendly staff
Cons: bad communication, careless clipping, overpriced for the service.
