This Big O tire is the worst! I would not recommend it to any one.. First they changed my oil, but couldn't be bothered to make sure that they put the oil plug in correctly, & they didn't even tighten my oil filter down tight... Just negligence and nonsense.... Here's the story... My husband is in the army and we got our oil changed right before we moved to Georgia... Well, we got to Georgia and realised that we had a really bad oil leak.. So we took our car to Jiffy Lube, and they told us that they wouldn't touch it because they we're worried that the plug had been striped so they told his to take the car to the dealer... So we took the car to the dealer to have them fix it. They charged us 90 dollars just to straighten the plug, and tighten the filter.. So we called this big o tire location and told them about the situation.. & They apologised and said that they we're going to refund us for our oil change and the 90 dollars that the dealer charged us to fix their mistake... Well, we made a mistake when the lady asked if she could put the money back on the card we paid with we said yea.. Then my husband remembered that he lost the card he paid with, and it had to be canceled... we immediately called her back and told her that we had made a mistake.. She said that she would have to wait until April 1st because she had already submitted the refund to the card, and she needed to verify that we we're being honest... I understand that!! So here we are April 5th and we called to see what was going on, and she then told us that she won't be able to see anything until April 21st... So we went ahead and called the Big O 1800 number to try to find the end of this.. She (the manager) is telling her corporate office that she already e-mailed us saying that we got our money... We have not! & It's a little hard to e-mail someone when you have never asked for their e-mail! So I leave you with a couple of questions I have. 1. Why wouldn't she verify the card number with us before she submitted the refund? To make sure it was going to the right person? 2. Why is she giving us the run around? Who else do they rip off? 3. Is this a business that should receive your loyal business? *I don't think so.*
