Review content:
is there a way i can rate this 0 stars? the service was very aweful i was supposed to be transported from one hospital to another because that is where i had to have my surgery. i wanted to drive myself, but the hospital called a donald martens ambulance. not only were they 4 hours late, but they were very rude when they finally showed up. they woke me up, and told me to get on the gurney. they didnt't even let me use the bathroom. then they forgot my stuff and refused to turn around and get it. they said the hospital will figure out how to get it back to me. and as if my experience wasn't already traumatizing enough, their truck broke down on the highway. it was 45 minutes before they got another one to pick me up. i thought that paramedics were supposed to care about people. they didn't give a damn about me or my pain. your better off just driving yourself than using a donal martens ambulance.
