Review content:
I am hardly ever sick, so I do not have a personal doctor that I just go to for every sneeze and sniffle. However, Gwinnett clinic has been the facility I have visited for my past 2 illnesses, for sheer convenience purposes. They are located on highway 78 about 10 minutes from my house. Along side of the fact that they allow walk-ins, and do not make you wait for 3 hours without an appointment, they have continually served me promptly, thoroughly, and with a infectious smile. My most current experience was the most memorable. Upon the date of my much needed visit I was between insurances and did not have my new insurance cards. Not only did the reception nurse take a confirmation letter that I had on my iPad, as proof of I insurance, but she followed-up by calling the insurance company for me. She did not act annoyed or troubled, but as she was there for that sole purpose. Then the nursing staff continued with the same effort. Keep in mind, I was sick, very sick (otherwise I wouldn't have been at the doctor). The staff was couteous and genuine. I was not just a number, but someone they cared to help. I saw a physicians assistant ( the regular doctor was out for the morning), Mrs. Lynlee. As we spoke about my symptoms she asked key questions that led to diagnosing my sinusitis, and was aggressive in my treatment. So many times I have been to the doctor, and they seem somewhat afaird to treat my illness. In these circumstance I usually suffer another month or so, before I feel relief. I am a mother of a toddler, and have no time for sickness, ineeded to be well. By the next day I was feeling considerable improvement. I am thankful to the staff and their knowledge and their concern for their patients. When I was at my worse they stepped up and saw that I was taken care of. I will be back...I have no complaints...
