I am 20 years old and just got in my 1st EVER accident today. This is my story of how Ramon saved the day- It had been snowing all day which led to my accident; my bumper slid under my car and I thought it would have to be towed (which I so could not afford, seeing as I had been out of a job for about a month). I called my mom to tell her and very promptly I received a phone call from Ramon, he was so kind and asked me what had happened. After I explained and told him my bumper was totally torn off and stuck under my car (so I could not drive it that way) he left his business (temporally) to come rescue me. He drove out to where I had crashed and removed the bumper from under my car and checked to make sure it was safe for me to drive it home so I wouldn't have to tow it. When he arrived he not only gave me a big hug, he worked in the cold AND snow without a jacket (only long sleeves) and told me to stay warm in the car! Such a gentlemen! He truly saved the day and saved me HUNDREDS of dollars I could not afford. Needless to say, he has earned me as a customer FOR LIFE. I will NEVER see another mechanic! Thank you Ramon! You made my awful day so much better!
