Review content:
Great service and very pleasant staff! It is always difficult to find adequate service in Amarillo for my German imports since there aren't any VW or Mercedes dealers here in town. When my wife needed to have her VW repaired, they were very thorough and exact with the work that needed to be done (she passed by me what they told her before agreeing to the work). Although more obvious to me than my wife what the repairs should be, they didn't put any extraordinary work on the estimate (although they did specify one recommendation, which was good normal preventive maintenance: serpentine belt), and held true to their estimate when the bill came due. They where less expensive than other Goodyear shops (since we hold an account with this franchise) and the most surprising thing to me was that they had the repairs done in 24 hours (axles w/ boots, alignment, aforementioned belt, and tie rods). The reason I say surprised is simply because usually the parts need to come from Lubbock. A+ for this! "I will be back" (I'm certain the words any retailer wants to hear). Job well done, thanks again guys.
