I signed up for the Sona Weighloss program and have been very happy ever since. I began the weightloss program a couple of weeks before Thanksgiving (who does this???) and managed to lose 17 pounds in 2 months! The staff is extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Laurel helped me stay focused during the holidays and when I came down with the flu in the middle of my journey, she helped me through that with tips, tricks and most of all encouragement. I am still down the 17 pounds as I went on a lifestyle change rather than a diet. I also received biweekly vitamin B12 injections and the nurses were always polite, courteous, friendly and always showed genuine concern with my wellbeing. I would highly recommend Sona Med Spa!!! Excellent staff!
