I had an amazing experience from start to finish. First of all, the salon was not hard to find and I had no problem finding parking (which is rare for Seattle). I went earlier in the day so that might have helped. The second I walked through the door I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who took my jacket and asked if she could get me something to drink. She made an awesome Latte for me. I felt so welcomed and comfortable here. The d?cor was really cute too. I met with Michelle for a trim and she was so nice! She sat down with me and gave me a full hair consultation and I felt like she really understood how I wanted my hair. I just went in to get a trim but I left looking and feeling amazing. She have me some side bangs, slight layers and trimmed all my hair up. Lisa even came to check on me periodically. I have nothing but positive things to say about this salon and I have recommended it to all my friends!
