It saddens me to write this review. I had been going Lisa's salon for years, but those days have come to an abrupt end. I contested a charge and expressed my frustration for the receptionist not communicating my scheduling needs for getting back to work in a timely fashion. To my shock, I received an email reply from Lisa telling me to find another stylist. My final warning is to beware of being charged way more than you expected for services you had in the past. Also do not contest the charges or speak up about bad service if you want to continue to go back. It seems that if a customer stands up to Lisa and her staff, your days are over.
Cons: Very overpriced.
