I had an awful experience with First Friend. After enrolling my dog in training, I quickly realized how INHUMANE the training methods are. When I decided to withdraw my dog, I had a hard time getting in touch with anyone. After several phone calls the owner, Bruce, finally answered the phone himself and I was able to confront him. He said he would reimburse me. That's great, right? I'm all for a fair reimbursement. Except, it wasn't fair! He kept changing his mind about how much to reimburse me. When I asked for an itemized list, he could not provide me with one. I was lied to for 3 weeks about my check coming to me. I still have not received my money back. I filed a complaint with the BBB - the 3rd complaint in about a year against First Friend. Do you really want to support a business that lies?
