I have been a long time customer of Bronstein's. I have NEVER had a bad experience there. Very rarely have I encountered a problem, but when I did they were extremely helpful. Richard is the manager (not the owner) and he is very knowledgeable. He was patient with us as we made our selections, and even let us get our furniture delivered on an day they don't normally provide delivery to help accommodate our busy work schedules. The delivery guys were very professional and courteous. They were on time, and even called to tell us they were on the way. We did have one issue with a pillow on our sofa (apparently the manufacturer made a mistake), but they got it resolved quickly and at no additional cost to us.
