I have never experienced such terrible communication from a management company, plus the fact that to get them to follow through on repairs or anything is near impossible. I wonder if the Home Owners they are managing for know how terrible they are as a company. I have been waiting months for repairs to be completed. Even my requests go unanswered. I am not the type of tenant that asks too much, I would rather not have to communicate with property management at all, but with Brink you will have to spend so much time riding them to get anything done(if it even gets done).
Also be very careful when you do a move in with Brink, as they will try to rent a place when it hasn't even been cleaned or maintained in years.
