they DO NOT conduct themselves as a business. They don't answer the phone or return calls when you leave a message, they are completely disorganized and don't know the meaning of "customer service! I planned a 30 minute private lesson for my daughter 2 MONTHS in advance, only to arrive for the lesson and have her tell me that they booked a camp instead and wouldn't be honoring our reserved time. I was told I'd have to call back the next day to re-schedule. Since they don't answer the phone or return calls after 3 pm, it took 3 weeks to get back on the schedule. AND THEN IT HAPPENED AGAIN!!! Their facility is a joke and their staff is not properly trained - I can accept a lot, but I do not have any tolerance for the way this place operates. Disgusting. Spend your hard-earned money someplace that will treat you with respect, courtesy and knows the definition of customer service.
