Im almost embarassed to admit I tripped and fell and broke my toilet and water was everywhere I called them in panic helped me turn off the water the plumber came as I was almost done cleaning up the water he took care of old toilet and installed me a new one but he also swept and mopped the floor I was surprised and told him he didn't need to do that and he said he didn't want parts of the toilet on the floor because someone could step on it and cut there feet I was impressed.
