We wish to thank you for the services you provided us during a very difficult time; we wrestled back and forth about filing bankruptcy before we took that final step. Bankruptcy is something we didn’t want to do, but sometimes you have to do unpleasant things to survive. I worried every day that a creditor would take us to court and sue us for their money; which they certainly were entitled to.
I thought meeting with you would be difficult; we would be discussing our private information, and I didn’t want to be judged for having financial problems. You didn’t make us feel like failures; you were very understanding and told us we are not in this alone. I felt even better when you told us how many people have filed because of similar circumstances.
I thank you for your kindness, understanding, and promptness in getting our case filed. I thank you and your office for taking the creditor calls and allowing me some breathing room. I also want to thank you and your staff for your complete professionalism in all manners of our case.
