I am retired and don't get around like I used to.. I called them becuase my can light didnt work.. After talking with the lady in the office, she suggested that I have on hand batteries for my smoke detectors.. She said the workers could install the batteries while they were there free of charge.. What a great service! Who would think to take care of the batteries while they were there? They repaired my light and now I don't have to worry about my smoke detectors going off in the middle of the night. Thanks D&R you really show how much you care when you go the extra mile for someone... Miss S. Vincent
