The worst customer service ever. My wife got stuck in traffic hence couldn't make it on time for mom's day at this place. Although she called in advance that she is running late, they showed no flexibility. When she arrived , b/c her friends were getting what ever they were scheduled to, she decided get something done. Guess what, they double charged her. For the service she was not on time and the extra one. That is unexceptable, she used their service hence minimum they should have given her a discount for the service she was late for.
