Quality Carpet Care is excellent!!! Not only does George (the owner) do a great job cleaning your carpet, he is very friendly and professional. He is always on time! And he always calls you back right away. We have been using Quality Carpet Care for the past five years to clean our basement carpet (white, berber) and we have never been disappointed. There were some tough stains that didn't come out with the first cleaning, and George came back until we were satisfied. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
