I am very disappointed in this company. First I signed up for a contest and was contacted by the company that I had won 4 free windows. They later came out to promote (sell) more windows only to discover that I had not won anything. We went ahead and purchased windows because we desperately needed them and they seemed like very good windows. Well they are good windows but we had one that the latch didn't work so they came and replaced the latch. Within a short time we noticed that one of the windows gets moisture between the panes, therefore we are losing heat/ac. We have contacted the company MANY times and yet they still haven't been here to replace it. It has been almost a year now. I wasn't real impressed with the trim on the outside either. It is rough and uneven. Some of the windows weren't sealed on the outside and when it rained it leaked on the inside down the walls. With the price we're paying for these windows I would think they could get the one panel replaced immediately. I bet we would hear from them immediately if we missed a payment. Summing it all up we really like the windows (excluding one ) but not so happy with the service and response time to paying customers.
