I took my cat Penelope in thinking it was her time, and yes she had to stay the weekend but come Monday Morning she was greeting me when I picked her up. I'm amazed that the staff that works here is as calm and as caring as they are, it was a madhouse of people and pets all wanting the same amount of attention and wanting it right now! From the Receptionist, to the Nurses and the Doctors, all had it under control and never lost their cool!!!
Pros: Very Professional, and Caring
