Kotobuki started our sushi love affair! We travel 1/2 hour to get there! No one beats Masa and his sushi. My husband's Maguro is always vibrant red, sweet, perfect. He gets 10 pieces, always. The Tobiko is perfect sized portion and never falls apart on me. I also like the Hokki Gai (pink clam), which is sliced at perfect size and place. The Rainbow Roll is another favorite, always consistently good with nice fish selection. Shrimp Tempura roll is always large and fresh. The rice is ALWAYS perfect consistency and the amount of wasabi added is just right. Temperature of the sushi is consistently perfect. TRY THE SPINACH DUMPLINGS AND EDAMAME (soy beans). Masa and his team are right on, EVERY TIME. No doubt about it, the best suhi around. Go for sit-down, delivery never quite as good. Tiny place, zero atmoshpere, but who cares w/ sushi this freakin' good!! Pros: GREAT SUSHI, GREAT SELECTION, BEST SUSHI TEAM Cons: Small place, Parking
