After searching for over a year, we were so excited to find an electric heat lamp at Anaheim Patio & Fireside! We were a little reluctant about the price....but we figured we were getting what we paid for. The lamp worked fine for a year, however it was not letting off the heat we were expecting. When the bulb burned out we returned to the store for their assistance in finding the replacement part. There were three employees sitting on the floor who did not acknowledge our presence as we walked through the store. I would think our presence would be welcomed since we were their only customers In the store. When WE aproached THEM, we told them about our dilemma. They told us there was nothing they could do for us because they would have to make a bulk order for the lamps. We asked them for our options and they told us to Google it! We left the store absolutely furious and I told them that they had horrible customer service! We then went to a local patio store where an employee found us the resource to find the replacement part! I will go out of my way to discourage anyone from shopping at the Brea Anaheim Patio & Fireside. You don't get what you paid for, and you don't know what you're in for......pure frustration! By the way, thank you Yorba Linda Backyard Expressions for your help....next time we will go to you!
