Sola-Lite Incorporated is proud of being veteran-owned, and Sola-Lite strives to offer the best discounts available to military members. Generally, these discounts are offered without the service member asking for a discount. Many retirees and reservists do not ask for a military discount, so all Sola-Lite staff members are trained to offer this discount when no other coupon is presented. Sola-Lite offers military discounts, but on occassion a special is run that is greater than our military discount. In this event, we gladly offer the higher of the discounts to the customer. Most customers understand that combining discounts is not a common business practice. Sola-Lite has spoken by phone with the previous reviewer. It is our hope that this family is enjoying the natural light from their Solatubes and that they now know that our intentions were honorable.
