I am beyond disgusted and appauled by this place. I went in for a simple "express" tire rotation. I waited 10 minutes for someone to help me. When I picked up my car, immediately I knew I had made a mistake. My steering wheel was completely covered in black grease/oil. My steering wheel had been moved along with my seat. I have a electronic smart system in the car and EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING was messed with. All of my settings were changed and there is NO reason for them to be in those screens. I will never take my car back there for service and will definitely let everyone I know the bad experience I had.
