Review content:
We went in to get our dogs nails grinded. The only reason they received one star from us is because of the very nice groomer. The older and hardened older lady with blond hair was rude and abusive to my 5 year old. She decided to teach my child a "hard lesson of life" by yelling at her and berating her . Excuse me but that is not her job. This woman brings her dog to work . This dog is on a special diet. There needs to be CLEARLY posted signs NOT to feed the dog, so we do not have to guess. No sign, free treats, house dog, no one around to ask I gave my child the go ahead. If your dog is in such peril as not to receive treats then post a sign over the treats or LEAVE the dog at home. Do not scare the hell out of my child because of it. I will tell all my friends and anyone else I can find not to use your business. I do not need to give my hard earned money to someone who can treat their customers so poorly. So shake your head and give dirty looks to as many people as you like, but the "Hard lesson of life/ business" is if you treat your customers poorly they will not come back and the will tell others. I think that you need to amend your attitude!
Pros: Very nice groomer
Cons: Rude abusive and troubled blond lady who does not care about customer service!!!
